Website delivery and hosting
Website and email are hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. A data processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR is in place. Connection data such as IP address, access time, requested address and browser information is processed to deliver and secure the service. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; my legitimate interest is reliable and secure operation. Access-log retention is limited to seven days in the hosting settings. The host’s additional website statistics are disabled.
Contact and booking
We use your details to answer enquiries and, where appropriate, prepare a collaboration. Only the email address is required in the booking form. Date, location, name, message and the additional checkbox are optional. Contract-related enquiries are processed under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; other enquiries under Article 6(1)(f), based on our interest in responding to your message. Consent through the optional checkbox is not a condition for processing the enquiry.
Recipients are İpek İpekçioğlu and people tasked with responding; emails are processed through ALL-INKL. Booking enquiries go to . The form saves no additional enquiry records in Joomla. Correspondence is retained in the mailbox as necessary to handle the enquiry, perform a contract or meet statutory retention duties, then deleted. Without an email address, a reply through this form is not possible.
Fonts, photos, video and external links
Source Sans 3, photos and the background video are served by this website’s own web server. No Google Fonts request or YouTube embed is needed for them. The SoundCloud player on the music page loads only when you explicitly activate its load button. This connects your browser to SoundCloud and transmits information including your IP address and browser details to the provider. SoundCloud’s privacy information also applies to the player. Links to music services, social networks and Google Maps open external websites. Following such a link takes you away from my website; the destination provider’s privacy information then applies.
Sessions, statistics and newsletter
Joomla and the form use technically necessary session functions for operation and processing security. This browser tab’s session storage also records whether the photo intro has been shown, the selected final photo and whether a logo click requests a replay. These display preferences contain no advertising or profiling identifier and are not sent to an analytics service. They remain during the tab session; browsers may preserve a session when restoring it.
Strictly necessary storage and access are covered by Section 25(2)(2) TDDDG; personal data needed for technical operation is processed under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Non-essential storage requires prior consent. No analytics or advertising tracker is included in the current template.
If you subscribe to my newsletter, I process your name and email address together with the time, language and version of your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You receive a confirmation email; your subscription only becomes active after you explicitly confirm it. The confirmation link is valid for 48 hours. Expired, unconfirmed requests are removed during the next processing operation. Confirmed subscription details are retained until you withdraw your consent. You can unsubscribe using the link in the confirmation email and in each future newsletter, or by contacting me. Your details are then deleted from the active list. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. Registration and email delivery use this website and ALL-INKL; no external newsletter service is currently involved. Short-lived identifiers derived using a secret key and request counters help prevent abuse; these are removed during the next processing operation after 24 hours. No open or click tracking is used.
Your rights
Subject to GDPR conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests under Article 21 GDPR. Consent may be withdrawn for the future. You may complain to a data protection supervisory authority.
